The Carrington Event is a powerful solar storm that occurred in 1859, causing auroras and disrupting communication systems. It resulted from solar flares and charged particles interacting with Earth's atmosphere. The installation Cyber Cocoon in explores the effects of solar activity on our cyber infrastructure. Examining past solar activity data, the installation explores a hypothetical Carrington-level event hitting Earth again and the potential impact on the global infrastructure we take for granted.

Interconnected is a three piece interactive installation at that explores the symbiotic relationship between butterflies and flowers. Butterflies depend on and feed on the nectar of the flower, and the flower depends on butterflies to reproduce through pollination.

The three separate elements within this installation express the interconnectedness of the delicate balance present in nature’s ecosystem that is often invisible to us. Inspired by the Monarch Butterfly’s relationship to milkweed, nectar is expressed through fluid systems on an illusive field of generative flowers and grass field.

This week across our social channels, we are talking about AI and its use within art. In 2019, we presented Everything in Existence by Italian multidisciplinary art studio fuse at ARTECHOUSE DC. Playing with light, space, sound, and movement, this exhibition was built on systems of generative coding that were constantly processing data — from the viewer, from social networks, from sound, and from the software itself.

The result was the creation of 'living art', where any traces of AI melted into the background and instead it created space for visitors to exist outside themselves and reconsider their realities.

Come with me to ARTECHOUSE in Chelsea where we explore the Story of Life in a cellular level. This art exhibit was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. B&H Photo Video Pro Audio let me borrow a Nikon camera for the event and the pictures came out so trippy let me know how you like the effects!
Yesterday I went to ARTECHOUSE with my friend Jonathan to take photos for a special video that is coming soon on Urbanist and TikTok.

It’s in collaboration with an organization I’ve been wanting to work with ever since I started making videos, but stay tuned to find out more!

It was especially a pleasure to be able to hire one of friends since middle school to take the photos. Here’s a few that he took!

We aimed to go for a cyberpunk aesthetic. Which makes me feel like I’m one step closer to making my sci-fi film into reality.

The visuals of the second section of Trust, our immersive installation exhibited at ARTECHOUSE earlier this year, focused on the present perception of the concept of trust.

Visually, it is composed of different images impressed on a virtual film: they scroll in the space together with 750,000 tweets selected from 500,000,000 messages archived during the pandemic containing the word "trust".

All these tweets have been categorised with a positive or negative label by a sentiment analysis algorithm and have later been mixed with the real-time value of the Dow Jones index. The algorithm used these two elements to determine which sentiment is the most appropriate for a specific moment: how much society is trustful, optimistic (or pessimistic) about the present.
