America I Am: The African American Imprint The exhibit traces the indelible imprint African Americans have made on America. Their stories - some familiar, many surprising - are inseparable from the story of America itself.

The National Geographic Museum is the fifth stop of the four year traveling America I AM: The African American Imprint exhibit. The exhibition will be on display beginning Tuesday, February 2 thru Sunday, May 1, 2011.
