We were honored to have Scott Peters, the CEO of Columbia REA, speak to us about the potential impacts of a large server farm load in the Wallula Gap business park. The REA is exploring providing the energy and electrical distribution to the load. Their number one goal is to protect members and their rates. Scott also talked about potential benefits to the cooperative and the community. Very interesting and informative!

Being part of a Service club, like the Exchange Club, brings value to our community, but also to the member! Our club is supporting a high school club whose goal is deeper connections and service! If you know any high schoolers, invite them come and check out the Excel Club at WaHi!

Today, we will have a presentation from Columbia REA. They will be sharing their mission to provide reliable, innovative, environmentally sound, cost-effective utility services and support to their members. Since 1940, Columbia REA has delivered reliable electricity to homes, cabins, farms, and businesses in Columbia and Walla Walla Counties and parts of Umatilla County. I can't wait to hear their bright ideas!

Yes, we’re having fun helping people find good places to park and giving them rides to the front of the Walla Walla Summer Theater at Fort Walla Walla. Come on down tonight and watch the closing night of Godspell.  it’s a wonderful show.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped make the 2026 All City Golf Championship presented by Banner Bank such an outstanding event.

It was a smoky and windy start on Saturday, but everything went well! Harrison and Jim from Exchange managed the check in. Andy with the City, and his incredible staff and crew at the Walla Walla Veterans Memorial Golf Course made everything easy. Their hard work, preparation, and hospitality created a fantastic experience for every golfer.

On Sunday, we want to thank Lisa Hyland, Mike and all of the incredible staff and crew at the Walla Walla Country Club for your professionalism, dedication, and warm welcome throughout the tournament. And shout out to both kitchen crews who prepared a Tasty lunch!

And of course a special thank-you goes to all 106 of the intrepid competitors. Your sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and love of the game are what make this championship such a success year after year. We all enjoyed the competition and camaraderie, and you helped create an event everyone will remember.

Finally we want to thank all the sponsors, and everyone who worked behind the scenes. Events like this don’t happen without countless hours of planning and a true spirit of teamwork.

This year’s Walla Walla All city golf champion is Grady Brown who attends Whitman college.

The Walla Walla Exchange Club has about 70 members and is proud to hold events like this because they allow us to do what we care about most—giving back to our community. Every dollar raised helps support local youth programs, which provides opportunities for young people to grow, learn, and succeed. The golfers participation today will make a real difference in the lives of children and families throughout the Walla Walla Valley.

The Exchange Club of Walla Walla All City Golf Championship, presented by Banner Bank continues at the Walla Walla Country Club today! Our Exchange team showed up at 6:30 AM putting out sponsor signs and helping get ready to tee off at 7:30 AM. Trophy will be handed out sometime after 4 PM today. We love this fellowship of members who make a difference every day! Come join us for lunch on Mondays!
