I already had a card very similar to this one but this is another view of the cabins at Midway Park. Mailed on July 20, 1931 and sent to Mrs. H.C.P. Humphrey in Quincy, Massachusetts, the message on the back is: Dear Edith, this is Monday the 20th. Left Friday with J.C. for a little trip thru Arkansas. My vacation. Stayed in this log cabin among the tall pines Saturday, 63 miles from Fort Smith. Came back here last night. J.C. has to work here today and tomorrow. Be Friday before we get home. Am sure enjoying my trip. Beautiful scenery. Nice highway. Hasn't been so hot, nice rain and showers. Hattie Mae is chief cook. I've been reading and writing letters. The time waiting for J.C. passes fast. Enjoy the eats too. Love, Hattie.
