Something has been brewing, and I’m ready to share it with my IG community. ✨

In collaboration with Earthbody Presence and Gabriella Oviedo (bestie from Atlanta) we bring you a 2 1/2 hour journey:

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬: 𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Honor your lineage through sensory expression, embodiment, and connection to the natural world. 🌿🕯️

Allow your body to unfold with somatic movement and song in an indoor forest environment. Explore plant-based scents that evoke memory, connection, and joy. Use your sensorial collage to create a ritual candle that becomes a portal to your ancestors; remember this connection every time you light it. Savor hand-forged forest tea and take time to reflect on your journey while being held in a sacred container.

Step into the portal with us. ⚡️

Early bird end September 28

Only 12 spaces for intimacy. More info on next slide

I’m nearly speechless after experiencing the overwhelming creativity, kindness, and inspiration that flowed through Pickathon this year.
The music and artists were… WOW. Just Wow.

I had the pleasure of meeting many of them in passing and some of my highlights were

buddywynkoop
Hogslop String Band
F O R T Y F E E T T A L L
Sa-Roc
Sgt. Papers
DUG

And to my The Herb Shoppe crew. The laughs, the love, the hard work is so very dear to my spirit. Cheers to my friend and chillest leader I know, Amanda Furbee💛 love you sis.

Until next year Pickathon ✌🏼

If you know, you know.

I’ve been planning Four Flames all week and I’m pumped to offer our very first SOLSTICE gathering THIS FRIDAY! ☀️

Each gathering welcomes a new season and the abundance and attention that comes with it. This season we are focusing on GROWTH + RIPENING. And there will be herbs, flowers, and strawberries involved!

It’s SOLD OUT but Autumn is officially open to join (gathering is Sept 23)!!

DM me if this tickles you!

For all my plant aroma, magic of a new season loving humans out there, this one’s for you!🌹

I’m so excited to introduce Four Flames, a seasonal candle membership designed to bring you back every few months; back for candle-making, and back to yourself through seasonal reflection, intention and magic!

Here’s the idea: four times a year, around the Solstices and Equinoxes, I’ll be hosting a special community gathering at my NE Portland studio. You’ll be guided though pouring a full sized tumbler candle in your chosen scent, enjoy seasonal tea (hot or iced) and organic snacks that can absolutely sub for dinner. Then we’ll take a little time to circle up and mark the season together. Think of it as part candle creation, part cozy ritual, and part excuse to gather with good people and maybe make a new connection. My vision is safe, fun, expansive and intentional.

Quarterly Membership is $75 (charged every 3 months) and includes:

🔮One full sized tumbler candle per quarter + guided candle making and journaling session
🫖Organic tea & snacks (GF/V options)
🔮A small seasonal ritual to honor the solstice or equinox
⚡️If you cannot make the community event, you’ll have the full season (your billing cycle) to register for any of our regular weekly candle-making sessions
🔥Invite a friend to become a member and receive a special gift
💝Each session will have a special surprise for members only

First Gathering is on Friday, June 19. * ALMOST FULL* We will celebrate beloved Summer Solstice.

Tag someone who loves making things and I hope to see you there.

Comment 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I’ll send you more info.

I’m so excited!
