So glad I went to the 3rd annual Baby and Toddler Expo in DuBois this afternoon! It was so nice to see so many great resources available to support local families and spread the word that my services are available as well! I’m also PA Medicaid certified and can help potential clients navigate having doula support covered through certain insurance companies! I’m always looking for new ways to help reach as many expecting parents as possible!

Happy National Doula Week 🤍

This week is all about honoring the sacred, powerful work of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Being a doula wasn’t my first career choice, but it’s definitely the one I’m most passionate about and most excited to continue doing every day!

I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported as they navigate one of life’s most transformative seasons. Whether it’s offering comfort during labor, helping you feel confident in your choices, or holding space in those tender postpartum days—I am here for you.

The most common questions/comments I hear when someone brings up doula? What’s that? Oh I already have a midwife! Aren’t a doula and a midwife the same thing? How is a doula different than a midwife? After recently relocating back to my hometown, I’m so excited to be serving a community near and dear to my heart! 🏠 While my zip code has changed, my drive for empowering parents hasn’t. For 2025, I decided to look back and see which gender births I attended more of, and this year the boys won by a lot!

2025 was my best year yet as a doula! I learned so much and witnessed so many amazing families grow with each new little miracle welcomed to the world! 🌎 I even got to cut 2 babies’ umbilical cords! Precious memories I will cherish forever! ❤️

I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store! 👶🤰🤱

This is a sweet dessert Riesling made in late-harvest style with hints of citrus & nectar on the nose that gives way to notes of melon & honey! Late harvest wines are made from grapes left on the vine 1-2 months past peak ripeness. The longer they hang on the vine, the sweeter the grapes become as they dehydrate & the sugar content becomes more concentrated. 🍇
