CINDERELLA is coming. Join us at the Phoenix Theatre on Sunday, December 11, 2022 for a reception and matinee performance of the timeless classic, Cinderella, by Rodgers and Hammerstein. The show was nominated for nine Tony Awards, featuring a new cast of characters and some new songs.
Tickets are available for $70 and $90 at www.HistoricalLeague.org. Click on the link to the Phoenix Theatre website or call the Phoenix Theatre box office at 602-254-2151. Specify that you are purchasing tickets for the Historical League benefit performance. Tickets will be available until and including Friday, November 25.
There will be complimentary light refreshments, a no-host bar, a raffle for children, a wine raffle and more! Festivities begin at noon in the theater’s beautiful upstairs space of the Mezzanine Terrace, and the show starts in the main theater at 2 P.M.

Join us at the Sanguinetti House Museum and Gardens on August 17th or 20th, for a $5 kids program!

This fun program, Born to Fly: Exploring the 1929 Women’s Air Derby and Arizona, will include an exploration of the 1929 Women’s Air Derby and how Arizona played a part in this historic event in aviation history. Admission includes an hour long program with story time, history discussion, and a take home bag. This program is built for children in 3rd grade and up, but all are welcome!
Admission is extra for those who would like to visit the museum.

Covid-19 has changed much of what we do as a non-profit group. This is our December Christmas meeting and we appreciate that we can be together again as we are vaccinated.

Celebrate the Holidays at Riordan Mansion State Historic Park! The mansion is festively decorated in turn-of-the-century style with wreaths, garlands, greenery and a towering fir tree trimmed with old-fashioned ornaments. Join us for a guided tour which includes glimpses of folklore and traditions of Christmas, both past and present. Holiday Tours are happening NOW until January 6.
