Learn how to make your own clam sack as digging time approaches.
The workshop is 3 days, and it is necessary you attend all 3 sessions. Materials are provided, bring yourself and come learn.
This class is taught by John Pluff. Our hands go up to him for choosing to share this knowledge and to pass it on for others to learn.

Space is limited to 12 people.

The Lake Quinault Lodge will be celebrating 100 years on September 19th 2026. Official Itinerary will be available soon.

Quinault Members, we are seeking:

Artists (to display their work in the ballroom alongside the museum display)
Drummers and Singers
Canoe Families to display their Ocean Canoes
Cooks for Salmon Bake

Tribal Participants are allowed to camp near the lodge for 2 nights (Arriving September 18th, Departing September 20th)

Complimentary Dinners will be provided on September 18th and 19th for Tribal Participants.

Our first group went out on the 16th and was a success !
Our next group will be meeting on Thursday the 30th 1:00-1:30pm! We hope to see you there.

We will be meeting at Bowerman Basin today around 1-1:30 pm for sweetgrass gathering for those who want to join us. If you're not on the list we can add you when you arrive. It might be raining and thunderbird is around but we will try harvesting anyway!

If you cant make it today, we will be going again Thursday 7/30.
Another group will be scheduled to go out after the Paddle (Paddle to Nisqually)
