Join us as we kick off History Days with a presentation from Dr. Morgan, Associate Professor of History and Democracy & Justice Studies at UW–Green Bay and Editor-in-Chief of Voyageur: Northeast Wisconsin's Historical Review.

With expertise in modern American and African history, Dr. Morgan brings a unique perspective on how the past shapes our communities and our world today.

From the Keeper’s Desk – May 21, 2026

Greetings! It was another milestone day at Eagle Bluff Light Station. Literally ground breaking in a sense that the new well was being drilled! The Door County Historical Society is funding the cost of the well drilling and pump installation. There were DNR public water supply specialists here to observe the drilling. They said the well will be cased to 100 feet and a total of 300 feet deep....
