✨ It’s GiveBIG Week! ✨
While Black Arts Love is not yet listed directly on Washington’s GiveBIG platform as a tax-deductible organization, your direct support this week still makes a meaningful impact in helping us sustain and grow our work.
Black Arts Love creates spaces for our community to gather, heal, and be seen through art, wellness, culture, and connection. Through free and accessible programming, community art experiences, healing-centered events, and initiatives that uplift Black artists, businesses, youth, and community, we are committed to creating spaces rooted in creativity and belonging. 💛
One example of this work is our current partnership with the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, where we are offering FREE Youth Arts Love programming for teens ages 12–19 at Douglass-Truth Branch on Wednesdays, with our final spring sessions on May 13 + May 20 from 2:30–5:30 PM.
This is just one example of the accessible, community-centered programming your support helps make possible.
As arts funding becomes more limited, grassroots organizations like ours rely on direct community support to continue this work. Every gift—big or small—helps us grow and expand what’s possible for our community. ✨
