The “Cayton” is imagined and operated by ShareWell, an organization with a 30-year history of nurturing young people to become responsible community members with the ability to positively shape the world. Through experiential learning and the creative arts, ShareWell guides children, youth and families to work together toward justice and expanded possibility in their communities and beyond. The or

ganization's vision is manifested through the Cayton and youTHink—ShareWell’s youth development program that works with youth in their schools and communities to ignite activism through creative expression. By adapting programming to meet children and youth where they are at, ShareWell is empowering young people to envision a future built on equity and inclusiveness, and the part they play in creating it.
