REMINDER
🦋 CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & 30-DAY RAIN CHECK POLICY
At ArtbyMButterfly Art Studio & Event Centers, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise. We strive to accommodate our guests while respecting the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to every reservation.
💳 REFUNDS
- All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are nonrefundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary departures before the scheduled class begins when the studio is available to provide the service.
- Early arrival does not entitle guests to a refund because the studio has not yet opened for their scheduled appointment.
🎨 30-DAY RAIN CHECK COURTESY
We are happy to offer a one-time rain check under the following conditions:
- Guests must contact the studio before their scheduled class start time, even if the notice is given on the same day.
- Approved rain checks remain valid for 30 calendar days from the original reservation date.
- Rain checks may be used for the same class or an equivalent experience, subject to availability.
- Rain checks are nonrefundable, have no cash value, and cannot be extended beyond 30 days.
- Failure to use the rain check within 30 days results in forfeiture of the reservation.
- Guests who leave without providing advance notice or fail to attend are not eligible for an automatic rain check.
💜 STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
If ArtbyMButterfly cancels a scheduled class or is unable to provide the reserved service, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
