We'll help you network with the right unit, find the best time period for you, and learn how and where to get your gear. We can't wait to see you there!

There's one more performance of our Victorian Wedding play! Stop by and catch the ceremony or sit in for the question and answer session afterwards.#DCHMEvents

Hamilton

If you haven't checked out Hamilton yet, we'd highly encourage you to listen to this Broadway musical based on Ron Chernow's Biography. It's getting the attention of a whole new generation and making them ask a lot of questions about the beginnings of our nation.

It's also cleverly written, both musically and lyrically, and blends genres of music- defying just one and becoming a melting pot instead. Give it a shot!

History is happening in Manhattan, Chicago, and around the country on tour!

Okay friends! We need help. We are beginning our collection of ladder back and Queen Anne style dining chairs for the Black Horse (in order to more accurately interpret our dining spaces.)

If you see one at a thrift store, garage sale, etc. and it is $20 or less, please contact us to let us know! If agreeable, and you are willing to pick it up for us we will reimburse you or you can pass along the location to us so we might pick it up ourselves!

We need somewhere between 20-40 of these chairs and making them all is going to be a huge undertaking, so the more eyes we have finding them already made is a huge help to us!

We'll post some pictures of the styles as a reference for what we're seeking and we thank you in advance!
