I certainly dropped some coins in a machine like this. It was pretty effective back in the day helping to get the ball through the heads on wood lanes

If anyone has a picture of the two neon signs please post them or send them to me so that I can post them as they were both special. One was over the front door entrance and said BOWL. The other was on the other side of the parking lot near the corner of Chicago and University Ave and said Bowl with and arrow pointing towards the bowling center. I would love to see these old signs again :-)

Welcome Everyone! I thought that I would set this up as a place to post some old keepsakes and memories of a great former business that allowed many of us to make some great friendships over the years. Hell, I even met my wife at Town Square Lanes. I couldn't find many pictures but there are some PBA Videos that have been posted on You Tube. Please invite everyone to join that remembers and loved Town Square Lanes - Kevin Harrah
