He’s the Goofiest Soldier in the Army!

Private Snafu is the title character of a series of black-and-white adult animated instructional shorts produced during World War II between 1943 and 1945. Private Snafu is depicted as an incompetent soldier whose misadventures are intended to instruct service personnel about security, proper sanitation habits, b***y traps, and other military subjects.

SNAFU is a WW II military slang term meaning chaos, confusion, and dysfunction, in other words - Situation Normal All F(ouled) Up!

Are they totally irreverent? (Probably)
Are they rather b***y? (Most likely)
Are they NSFW - not suitable for work? (Definitely)
Are they hilarious? (You darn betcha!)

Opening July 18, 2026

Once again, Museum Volunteer Barbara Martin has won the over 65 Women's medal in the B-29 Museum 5K for the third year in a row! When ask about how she accomplished this, she said "I am now at the age when everything inside my body finally starts to click in perfect unison — mostly my knees, my neck, and my lower back!"
