Copper Cat Studio I am a self taught artist who began painting in 2020. I found myself drawn to the highly engaging and organic process of fluid art.

I discovered an incredible affinity for color. Fluid art changed my life from black and white to vivid and full of color.

How do you know you are ready to paint ??!

For me, I begin to notice I am collecting ideas for color palettes and loving these. Next comes the move toward collecting a list of supplies needed in my head, then I move to slowly purchase anything I need.

Right now, because of my move, I am simultaneously needing to figure out how to get set up, art least temporarily. I have put the thought "I need to figure out how to set up a temporary studio space " in my head and I just let the thought sit there .

As I have sat with this the past month and am slowly pulling this together . Out of nowhere my brother mentioned having a tent he was going to get rid of so that set the wheels into motion for me.

I think about 2 weeks from now I will be on a project . Let's hope ..

getting comfortable with fluid acrylics. These pots were much cheaper than canvas ans a lot of fun . It was low risk The worst that could happen was pretty pots in the yard.
