You can simply visit the Maya 2012 exhibit at the Penn Museum - and as a Penn student, you can do it for free! MAYA 2012 leads visitors on a journey through the Maya’s time-ordered universe, expressed through their intricate calendar systems, and the power wielded by their divine kings, the astounding “lords of time.” Visitors explore the Maya world through interactive experiences and walk among

sculptures and full-sized replicas of major monuments.

The Penn Museum and all exhibits are free to students when they bring their Penn card. The exhibit ends January 13, 2013
The museum is located at 33rd and South streets, right next to Franklin Field. Student Entertainment at the museum:

Quizzo at the Penn Museum - cover free Quizzo! Come play with your friends - and, yes, there are alcoholic drinks for those of you over 21. The museum is currently finishing an apocalypse film series. Study space in the museum library - huge, quiet area - never as crowded as VP!
