The secret it out....

September & October are local favorites for a reason. Warm weather, fewer people and lots of sunshine. Starting in mid-August the "shoulder" season starts, rental prices come down and you almost have the beach all to yourself. Throw in some college football and you have the makings of a great beach getaway.

I think folks have figured it out and we're almost fully booked for September & October.

One thing I love about our little slice of heaven on Pensacola Beach are the wide open spaces. Compared to Destin’s beach umbrella land, I definitely prefer our uncrowded beaches.
