This year's Fight for Freedom: An Attack on Fort King was a success. Visitors got an experience that will last a lifetime. There were exhibits, vendors, non-profit organizations, demonstrations and, of course, the thrilling reenactment! We hope to see you at the 2019 event!

We spent the day in the everglades today for the dedication of the Sam Jones Trail marker. Afterwards we went to the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation for a reception and preview of the hand to hand combat team.
The hand to hand combat team will be hosting one of our educational stations at our December reenactment and will put on two shows each day. Incredible talent and skills, we look forward to hosting the Seminole Tribe come December

Reading Ranger was a huge success today at Citizen Circle. Thank you to Mayor Guinn and City Councilman Hilty for joining us in reading to the kids today.
Reading Ranger was held at Nature Park today. Great turnout with about 60 kids. Hope we see you next Friday.
