Easter Bunnies come in all shapes and sizes! This pair of mystical and dreamy bunnies were created by artist Angela Lyn for our Rabbit Project back in January. Like the fable, they did usher in productiveness for the artist. Angela Lyn’a first solo exhibition in the USA will be held simultaneously at Chambers Fine Art in Greenwich Village and ArtFarm at Salt Point in May. Stay tuned for more details! Meanwhile, Happy Easter!

Yesterday Longtaitou Festival was just celebrated on Lunar Calendar. Today is Ash Wednesday in Christian tradition. Our planet may have become smaller with modern technologies, but our culture heritages continue to make our world a big exciting place. Artist Xie Xiaoze’s “Auspicious Year of the Rabbit” is the exemplary take on our diversities. Take a closer look at this long scroll of ink and color on Xuan paper and see for yourself 🌎🐇

Today we celebrate the , also known as . It’s observed in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and more. People throughout Asia light ornate lanterns for good fortune. Our artist GAMA’s Zucht (Thriving) seems to remind us vividly those childhood lanterns, and our way of paying respects to our forebears. GAMA’s work will be featured at our Intersect Palm Springs booth 414.

Ai Weiwei is in conversation with Ken Roth, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch for Frieze New York 2020.
With this partnership Frieze seeks to raise funds for Human Rights Watch’s work on COVID-19 in detention facilities, work on migrants and women’s rights.
“The current pandemic has demonstrated that our own health and our own rights are only as strong as those of the person standing next to us. In these ways, COVID-19’s rapid spread reminds us of our global connectedness and shared responsibility for each other. Now more than ever, we must collectively demand equal access to healthcare, adequate information from our governments, and the right to be treated with dignity.” — Paul Gray, Human Right Watch
