Gottfried Jäger and Manfred Mohr Artist Talk at Sous Les Etoiles Gallery
"My color spectrum is Blue, Green, Red and Cyan, Yellow, Magenta. These two triangles come together and it is the color spectrum of the white. And when you bring all these colors together as light then you get white. And it is (the) fundamental difference between painting; if you take color and color and color, it becomes darker and darker and darker. And if you take light color, more color to color to color it comes to white."
German photographer Gottfried Jäger talks about his work in the exhibition, "Generative Color. Photographs" at Sous Les Etoiles Gallery with artist Manfred Mohr, a pioneer of digital art based on algorithms, during an artist talk at the gallery on May 17, 2018.
"Generative Color. Photographs" is on view at Sous Les Etoiles Gallery until June 16, 2018.
