I prepaid for my car, so we would be dropped off at cruise terminal. That was fine. They brought the car back, and I had to cross over 12th Avenue . It was horrible, getting across the street, with luggage and 6 lanes of traffic. When I got in my car, I had "no brakes" It cost me 278.00 for AAA to tow it to my house. My repair shop wasn't open on Sunday, so I had to get it towed again,on Monday. Paid an additional 275.00 for the brake repair!!! They said "it wasn't there fault". They are horrible!! Do not do business with them, if you care about your car.
Very disappointed with customer service. Our car could not be parked on the day reserved because of the lot was full. However, we were denied a refund for that day. Not good!!

I used your Gold St. garage last night & I can't be more disappointed! On your website, you advertise a $17 Barclays event rate, tax included. When we picked our car up it was $23. The attendant told us the $17 rate was prepaid online, reservation only. Funny, nowhere on the website did it say that. Classic NYC garage bait & switch. I'll be parking at another garage from now on.
GREAT to park at. I am very picky with my car and NO PROBLEM. This is the 4th time we used them for our cruise and only one issue which we got cleared up right away. We stopped there first thing in the morning and within a few minutes we were taken to the cruise terminal. White Glove service is where the issue was and don't recommend. I suggest you take the cab back to get your car because it is very fast and with tip around $10. No need to take uber because the cabs are right there. Our porter got the cab for us and gone within minutes. Guy at Park right was very helpful and took bags from cab and got our car within 10 minutes and put the bags in our car for us. Hope this has helped and HATS OFF TO PARK RIGHT. Thanks
