Posted • TODAY AND TOMORROW! 10/12 sat & 10/13 sun 12-5pm portal: rockaway is the last chance to see some pieces from my biofields series - swimming closely together in a school! 🐟🐠 i chose these pieces to coexist alongside the giant lanternfish to create an experience akin to being underwater. this series continues to develop as i ultimately envision an entire space filled with organisms. their proximity to each other can oftentimes augment and restructure their aura yielding unexpected results! they are abstract representations of human beings in a way - made to explore the energy we all have individually as well as collectively. what magic do we have alone and what magic can we share when together? it’s your chance to discover

4heads - PORTAL: Rockaway

4heads has unveiled the latest edition of PORTAL. We’ve traded in the Island of Governors for the Peninsula of Rockaway. Through The Rockaway Artists Alliance and The National Park Service, 4heads is proud to announce our exhibition in Ft. Tilden. We have curated a truly 4heads show in an absolutely 4heads kind of space. In the same Ft. Tilden where Yayoi Kusama and Patti Smith have exhibited, 4heads is presenting painting, sculpture (in and outdoor), installation, interactive projection and scheduled live performances.
