I was issued a refund and never received it back, I have the email saying I would and I emailed multiple times and have heard nothing back ... please advise ...
The tickets I purchased from YOU had the WRONG address on them, because of this I missed my time slot. I’ve emailed 2x and received no reply. This is outrageous, poor organization and an absolute waste of money.
Waste of $35. When I bought the ticket it said it was in New York, ny. But no it was in Brooklyn. After driving 45 minutes, it took all of 10 minutes to walk through, and the slice of pizza they give you at the end is on par with a slice of pizza you’d find in the middle of Kentucky - no disrespect to KY... disappointing and a waste.

I was very disappointed by this. It's worth 5 dollars, not 30 by any means. It took 10 minutes to walk through and take pictures.
I love these kinds of cool installations that our city has to offer, unfortunately this one in my opinion was a flop.
