Next I drove over to this former shul at 209 Wainwright Street. I had to wait for delivery trucks to give me a better parking spot. The brickwork is so nice on this building. It was Ahavath Israel.

My next stop in Newark was 929 Bergen Street, and I've gotten only vague history on this site. But behind the sign you can see where there was a Decalogue. Years ago, when I first saw this building, I noticed some other small elements of Judaica. With a question mark, it was known as Zichron Moshe. Tbc
