November 7th – SlideShare—a poetry performance/slide-show conducted by Michael and Lowell, with an emphasis on an exploration of the psychic-anti-america that stalks like a ghost through the wilds of the ‘real’ America. Also, what happens to poetry performance when the face of the reader is redacted? ---Already occurred. December 9th - StockingShare --Our collaboration with the online journal Blue Stocking Society. They are currently accepting submissions ( in the form of text, audio or image) on the theme of women in the metropolis. On December 9th those accepted will have the opportunity to share their works in an evening salon. We sincerely hope to see you for what promises to be a lively evening of sharing, discussing and Brooklyn Brewery's finest. ---Already occurred. January 6th -- Virtuous (and virtuoso) magician Noah Levine presents a magical workshop (quite literally) when he turns the Reliquary into a Petri-dish for the development of new close-magic tricks. Febuary 3 -- A Double Bill: Lounge-Lizard (in the best and most literal sense) Andrea Schiavelli brings his four-track, his lip-stick and his unbeatable chops to the Reliquary for an evening of song, wine and tears. Poet/Dramaturge Caitlin Brubacher astonishes and confounds with a daring, experimental poetry performance. March 2nd –- Another Double Bill wherein we go into the digital stratosphere! Composer Ellen O’ Meara presents selections of new work and video-artist Hyatt Michaels dishes up some deep-cuts from his catalogue. April 6th –- OMG! Under the banner of Panoply Performance Laboratory, Brian McCorkle and Esther Neff lead a rag-tag band of wastrels through a performance of the best f---king s—t you will see all year: a section from their new opera, NATURE FETISH. April 27th – WHATTT! This night belongs to a rising queen of comedy. Ms. Kate Berlant brings the heat to the Reliquary for an evening of performance that demonstrates that she is not only hilarious, but also disturbingly weird. May 4 - A Fancy Gala! We welcome spring and close out the series by opening up the backyard for a wild, variety-show-style night, with appearances by previous presenters and new, fun guests and bands.
