My dear, beautiful friend and My Petite Galleryโs artist, @paulinemphotography, passed away on Wednesday night after a long battle with breast cancer.
She didn't want a tearful eulogy. She's probably laughing at me now as I struggle to find the words that aren't too "gnan gnan" [soppy] as she used to say.
I believe there's no better way to celebrate her life than by sharing her artist statement and her photographs. Her sensitivity to the world around her, her dark humor, her laughter โ they will all be dearly missed. Pauline, thank you for being such a wonderful person, and a loving friend...
