My Story
My name is Ashley Christ, I am the owner of Elegance On Ice. I grew up in a small town in North Dakota. Growing up I loved to figure skate, which I competitively skated for 12 years. I currently am still skating and recently became a coach!
I always loved creating clothes and dressing up as a kid and in high school I knew I wanted to become a designer. So as I graduated high school I headed off to Fashion Design School in Los Angeles at the Art Institute of California and earned my Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts under Fashion Design.
I truly do believe I can create beautiful skating dresses. I love the tedious work and details that go into rhinestone and adding beads to garments. For most people they hate it but it is calming for me. I can’t wait to see where this takes me and see my designs on skaters!
