This week's sale book is American Seashells by Tucker Abbott. From now until August 31st I am offering this book for only $50!

Abbott, R. Tucker. 1974. American Seashells: The Marine Mollusks of the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts of North America. 2nd Edition. D. Van Nostrand Reinhold Company: New York. 663 pp., 4300 illus., 24 color pls.

This has always been and still is the standard reference for marine mollusks of North America north of Mexico. This second edition is very much expanded from the now obsolete first edition and although published in 1974, is still very much relevant today as no subsequent substitute has been produced. It is a standard source for any serious collector of American seashells. If you don't already own this book you should.
