I've always had an interest in wood. I just never found my niche. I believe it was 2001 when I burned my first piece (for my lovely wife). Since then, it just took off. I started making gifts for friends and relatives. Suddenly, I became overwhelmed with requests to burn stuff for them. I work full-time between two jobs as a cook for an Italian restaurant and building water treatment equipment for another company. Even with my full schedule, I still find time to create new projects for fun and for hire. I find it enjoyable and very relaxing. I am very creative and picky. I don't know if that is a good combination, but I am also fair. I love a challenge, so big or small, simple or detailed, I'm up for it ! Thanks for visiting my site......Mike
