Congratulations Mathew Halsall!

Congratulations to FF/EMT Halsall and FF/AEMT Peskie on the completion of their probationary handbooks! Many of our providers not only have the primary role of first responding to calls, they are also enrolled in multiple training courses and have the responsibility of completing their probationary handbook all at the same time. These two providers have worked very hard to complete these handbooks, and we are proud to have them within our ranks! Great job!

More sad news from our brothers and sisters down the street. RIP, Sir. Edit: It appears that the share didn't transfer the commentary. Below is the full post from Manassas Volunteer Fire Company It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we inform the membership on the passing of Life Member James “Jimmy” H. Robinson Sr., this evening around 8:15 PM. Jimmy was born on June 27, 1925 and became a member of the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company on June 19, 1944. At 95 years old Jimmy was the oldest member of the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company serving the community for over 76 years which far exceeds any members to date. For the past several years Jimmy has resided at Our Father’s House in Culpeper, VA. Jimmy passed away from complications related to pneumonia at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. More information will be provided once arrangements have been made. Take a trip down memory lane by clicking on the link below to watch the video featuring members with more than 50 years of service when it was recorded in 2015.
