The First Tour from Princeton Theological Seminary - Saturday September 5, 2026.

This was a historic occasion for the Museum and St Habib Girgis Chapel where Professor Gordon Mikoski and 15 students spent 4 hours learning about Coptic Christianity and attending a Coptic Matins service. Fr Peter Demian also presented an excellent powerpoint with an overview of the highlights of Christianity in Egypt. A great time was enjoyed by all. Bishop Suriel explained the mission and vision of this new cultural center and the work that remains to be done to bring the project to completion. Here are some wonderful photos of the day.
