Okay, y'all... I love this idea way too much.
After hearing people share memories of getting I've decided we're going to try something.

Starting Friday, I'm going to visit local restaurants and challenge them to create their own version of the
And here's the fun part:
I'll show up with a selection of olives... green olives, Kalamata olives, pitted, unpitted and whatever else I can find.
From there, it's completely up to them.
Want to add cherry? Do it.
Lime? Go for it.
Jalapeno? Absolutely.
Want to stick a bacon wrapped jalapeno on top of it?

Every restaurant gets to create its own interpretation.
And since I'm already there, I'm going to try some food too. I want to know what each restaurant is famous for, what their longtime customers love, and whenever possible, what they've been serving since the beginning.
This isn't about finding the "correct" olive Coke recipe.

And who knows...
Maybe if we have enough fun with this, we'll actually put olive Cokes back on a few menus around Brazoria County.
