The stuart collection

Ever since its establishment the Stuart collection has been seeking to change the university in every ways. Every piece is made by the artist of our time .This unique collection has been a focal point for its process of installing and its point of view . This accomplishment has been a result of cooperation of UCSD and Stuart foundation under an agreement forged in 1982. The entire campus has been chosen for commissioned pieces .

Vices and Virtues, part of the Stuart Collection and University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Artist Bruce Naumann created Vices and Virtues in 1988 along the top of the Charles Lee Powell Structural Systems Laboratory at UCSD.
