My project this week. We had 6 unmatched library chairs and a table Jerry paid $5 for 20 years ago at a yard sale and refinished. As much as I love wood and abhor painting it, I decided to try as two chairs “bit the bullet” and were too shaky to use or fix. That led to buying a bench for additional seating. It was cheap because the lady’s dogs had chewed the legs. Plastic wood and sandpaper did a pretty good job of hiding that but what to do to make it all tie together? Here’s what I created.

I have been remiss in posting, except for mistakingly posting my home improvement project, so I will post a few new paintings. These were done recently in a class on painting "furry" animals. Most are of a size that fits a 16x20 frame.

I’ve been working on the driveways and walkways for last two weeks. Finally painted the last “flagstone” this afternoon....
