". I am Inspired by landscape, nature, and poetry. My work balances elements of realism and dreamlike abstractions. Bold compositional rhythms are richly colored and uninterrupted. The oil paintings are q***r, abstract and intimate scenes, from the roof in my lower east side neighborhood and my transcendentalist cabin in the Catskills."

Come see the joy of paintings as expressed in the work of Wilma Miller. Wilma studied at Syracuse University School of Art, New York University, the Woodstock School of Art and has a masters’ degree from SUNY/New Paltz. She was an art educator for 30 years in public schools and at SUNY/New Paltz. She also has previous work experience as a graphic artist. Wilma's paintings and those of Joanna Murphy, Staats Fasoldt and Margaret Still remain on display at The Woodstock Framing Gallery on Route 28 in Kingston through the end of October.
