You better watch out! Tis the season for holiday traditions! Join us for Holiday Evening Tours at Wagner-Ritter House and Garden to learn about German holiday traditions and folklore! The house is an 1860s working-class family home that housed three generations. Their house represents the lifestyle and customs of thousands of immigrant families moving to Johnstown in the late 1800s to work in the growing iron industry. During the tour, you will learn about German customs and the traditional aspects of the holiday season! Tickets are available online at https://events.eventgroove.com/event/Wagner-Ritter-Holiday-Evening-Tour-70090 or at the door.

The first sights of green in the Wagner-Ritter Garden! Our friends from the Garden Club of Johnstown planted some garlic to deter pests like rabbits from eating the other crops planted.

Did you know that the crops harvested from the Wagner-Ritter Garden are donated to a local soup kitchen? Because of that, it's super important to use safe, natural deterrents, rather than chemical pesticides.

We thank the Garden Club of Johnstown for their continued devotion to both our garden and our community!
