Two weeks in a row we've had phenomenal poetry for the city of Indianapolis. L Devon Gill and Rehema McNeil gave awesome renditions of life from their eyes. Next Friday (April 13th) Write On turns 6 years old and H2 is coming down from Chi-town to help us celebrate. It's going to be a great night! Hello Friends! This is Ja'Net Edwards. Kevin Gill and I and our Write On Family have been serving the Indianapolis poetry community for six years. We have met some very wonderful people and had an amazing time. We are forever grateful to those who have been a part of our existence. For the next two months, we are going to celebrate for we have come to the end of our road. June 15 marks the ...last night of our Friday night gift. Anyone who has ever had wonderful lasting memories at Write On and wants to feature one last time, please reach out. We only have a few Friday's from now until then. (FYI AP reached out YEAHHHH!) We will celebrate six years on June 15th. Thank you for a good run and may spoken word live on in you forever. Peace.

How about: All the way from the home of Super Bowl 46 (that's more like it) taking center stage is none other than the one and only Eddie Hoke. Can you say, "Energy"? How about, "Swag"? What about, "Serious, funny, thought provoking, transparent, poetic genius"? Good, because that's exactly what you're gonna get! Eddie is one of those rare jewels that Indy breeds and we're just glad he chose our stage to perform his "Good-bye" show for all of us to enjoy. 3326 Clifton St. 46208 Door open at 9:30pm.
