Artist Statement:
Gambol means to tumble playfully; to frolic.
Who among us isn’t a gamboler?
The double entendre is wonderfully true for my work as an artist, designer and musician.
Thought and loosened inhibitions defines this body of work…primordial ooze, textures, and pigments embracing dance, imagination, frolic, and playing in the mud. These are sand castles captured in time for permanency of visual and tactile thought and memories.
Yes, I’m a “gamboler” and All In!
