A Salute to the Heroic Lou Brissie by David Jordan

One of the very best features of post-World War II A’s fandom has long been the saga of Lou Brissie, currently being featured by Lou’s hometown in South Carolina. It was a story of heroism, determination, persistence, and some pretty fine southpaw pitching.

My father worked for the A's for many years. Have a baseball signed by many players. Think it's 1933 team. Some names are smudged from use others good. I would like to have someone look at it. Nice memory.
Is the museum still open? Phone number no longer works.
re: Bobby Shantz. If anyone learns of a future signing appearance by Mr. Shantz will you please send me a private message. Thanks
