New offering outside at the Four Farms Place 🌱 Garden House on Oct 15 with Katie Klein & Leslie Tello | Meditation & Embodiment 🔥

“Katie Klein and Leslie Tello would love to see you Oct. 15th, 6:30 - 8:30 PM for an inspiring and healing women’s medicine drumming circle.

Our intent is to create a community to celebrate life and the awakening journey of the feminine. A safe space to connect more deeply with our unique gifts, voice, intuition and embodied innate feminine wisdom.

The first week, we will share sacred space exploring rhythm, voice and the history of women and medicine drums, as well and how to make your own.

This circle is for the woman who wants to explore her own sound-medicine, voice, rhythm and unique vibration that moves through her body.

You can bring a different kind of drum if you don’t have a medicine drum so you get to know medicine drum rhythms and how to get/make your own.”

We’re excited to welcome Kady Vans LMBT and Puja Verma to Four Farms Place in October for their Art of Softening Workshop. This is a full day offering at the Lake House as part of a full workshop series (others located at Triad Yoga Institute in Greensboro) 🍃

Workshop 2: The Art of Softening: A retreat for the neck, jaw and shoulders

We often carry a lot of tension in our neck, jaw and shoulders without even realizing it. Time spent on our devices can reinforce these patterns of holding. This workshop invites us to slow down, become aware of where we are gripping, and discover ways to soften and release.

We had a lovely evening full of community connection by way of sharing dance, movement, food and conversation + songs, poetry, cacao and prayers around the Four Farms Place fire. Come as you are, bring a dish to share for dinner, instruments, lawn chair or blanket and your songs, poems, stories group questions, etc. There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to simply come, relax, witness, enjoy…

Fire is TBD depending on drought / dryness status.

This is a family friendly event. Ages 15 & under enter free. No pets please.
