🏡✨ 2026 Greene County Historical Society Tour of Homes

Join us on Saturday, December 12th for an incredible day exploring some of Downtown Greensboro’s beautiful homes and special places!

The Tour of Homes runs from 10 AM–4 PM and features:

🏠 Beautiful homes to tour
🚎 A fun trolley tour
❤️ Local history and the charm of Greene County

And the day doesn’t end there! Your Tour of Homes ticket also includes admission to the Greene County Historical Society’s Golden Anniversary Celebration from 4–6 PM, celebrating 50 years of the Greene County Historical Society! 🎉

The day begins & ends at Barrel & Rail, so come enjoy a full day of history, beautiful homes, community, and celebration!

🎟️ $25 in advance — tickets are available online NOW!
🎟️ In-person tickets will be available beginning October 17th.

The museum is open every Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM, and the indoor photographs from our Hooves to Horsepower exhibit are still on display.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Greene County History Museum during Saturday’s Rock ’N Roll Cruise-In to enjoy our Hooves to Horsepower exhibit!

We loved welcoming so many visitors and sharing a piece of Greene County’s transportation history. We also want to thank all of the incredible people who helped bring this exhibit together and make the day such a success.

If you missed it, there’s still time to stop by! The indoor photographs from the Hooves to Horsepower exhibit will remain on display through the end of the month. The Greene County History Museum is open every Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM.

And be sure to save the date for the Greene County Historical Tour of Homes on Saturday, December 12, from 10 AM–4 PM.
