Combining an historic structure with award winning modern architecture, the Gentry Public Library is a new civic presence for Gentry, Arkansas and the surrounding communities... The Gentry Public Library is administered by the City of Gentry and its Library Board of Directors, and is staffed primarily by volunteers. Annual funds come from the Gentry United Way for the purchase of new materials. Book sales, memorial donations, and occasional private and corporate donations provide additional funding. The City of Gentry contributes the librarian's salary and provides all financial support for operations and maintenance of the library.
