We have found this unique cartoon postcard! Howard Goss’s name is typed over the man on the donkey and his wife’s name, Millicent typed over the lady on the left. On the postcard it states “Now all together. Get in “Unity”. And it will move”. It appears that the cartoon is trying to depict the necessity of unity and moving forward. We are trying to find out who Hattie and Ernest are as well as the backstory. Let us know if you have any information!

Please keep the Pasley family in your prayers tonight. We are thankful for Bro Pasley’s many years of service and dedication to the UPCI. Heaven has certainly gained one of the greats. The Pasley family has deep roots in the heritage of the UPCI and the Oneness movement. Bro Pasley will certainly be missed by many. For he continued and led a goodly heritage.

Senior Pastor Norman Paslay II - March 26, 1957-March 24, 2018

This evening, March 24, 2018 at 11:30p our beloved Senior Pastor Norman R Paslay II reached his ultimate reward. Our hearts are heavy as we consider the profound loss his passing has on his family, our church and so many who knew his love. We rejoice though knowing that he is finding the sweet peace of paradise through Jesus Christ that he spent his entire life helping others find and hope for. We are thankful for all of the prayer and encouragement through this journey. He has fulfilled the will of God at any cost. Funeral details will be communicated in the coming days. Thank you for your prayers for his family, friends and The Calvary Church.

During the Spring semester at Urshan College we were privileged to offer two internships to qualifying students. First year students, Heaven Marie Gonzalez, and Valencia Sanchez were chosen and they both did an outstanding job. They served in this internship by helping the museum and archives to become better organized and professionally presented to the public. Without their help we would not have been able to meet some of our major deadlines. Thank you Heaven and Valencia! (picture posted)
Along with their help, we were very fortunate to have a handful of dedicated student volunteers from Urshan College to help in various projects around The Center. With their help we have been able to excel at a greater pace. Thank you Urshan College students! (pictures to come)

We are saddened today by the loss of Ernest D. Breithaupt. He has gone on to Glory. Breithaupt was a 2011 inductee into the UPCI's Order of the Faith. "He was born to Holy Ghost filled parents on August 16, 1937, in Grant Parish three miles outside of Georgetown, Louisiana. During the 1940s, Ernest attended church most of the time in either a brush arbor, a tent, or a store front. It was a wonderful heritage of pioneer Pentecostal evangelism. Ernest received the baptism of the Holy Ghost June 19, 1948, and was baptized in the name of Jesus two days later. He began to feel his call into the ministry when he was sixteen. One very enjoyable assignment for him was becoming a part of the Board of Directors of the Tupelo Children’s Mansion in 1972, where he served as an honorary director." We are thankful to Brother Breithaupt for his many years of service. You can find more on his biography here: http://oof.upci.org/. Please keep the family and the church family in your prayers during this time.
