📸✨ WHAT A NIGHT! Perfect Frames – A Photo Show was a huge success! ✨📸
Thank you to everyone who came out last Friday to celebrate photography, local artists, and the incredible creative talent in our community!
Lucky Strike Lanes Elwood was transformed into a pop-up photography exhibit, bringing art into an unexpected and exciting space! 🎳🖼️📸
🌟 SPOTLIGHT ARTISTS
The two incredible featured photographers, Wil Foster (Rock Candy Photo) and Joshua Buckmaster provided a portfolio of works, many of which were purchased on the night. Visitors enjoyed the opportunity to engage directly with Joshua and Wil, whose styles and subject matter provided a range and contrast. The vibe was wonderful.
In the entry lobby there was a juried exhibition showcasing the work of our talented local artists:

🏆 BEST IN SHOW
A huge congratulations to Teresa Westendorf for taking home Best in Show for her beautiful photograph, “Flowers After the Rain.” 🌸🌧️
This award was decided by our professional art panel—Joshua Buckmaster, Wil Foster, C**t Reichart, Clive Jachnik, and Katie Marie Bennett—who all agreed the task of choosing just one from an incredible collection of submitted photographs ... was a challenge!
❤️ PEOPLE’S CHOICE
And then visitors got to have a say! Guests voted and their favorite piece was Katie Voogd’s “Mist Upon Gem Lake” which took home the People’s Choice Award! 🏆📸
Both awards carried a cash prize, along with a certificate of recognition.
We are so grateful to everyone who attended, participated, voted, shared the event, and continues to support Elwood Art Gallery. Your enthusiasm for the arts is why we exist! ❤️
