ATTENTION Fellow History Enthusiasts:
As Morattico Baptist Church prepares for her 250th anniversary in 2028, the History Committee is trying to locate photographs or portraits (prior to photography) of all of their pastors. They only have a few more to go. Please review the list and let them know if you know of a source for any of the following:

Lewis Lunsford (served MBC 1778-1793)
Henry Toler (1796-1799)
Samuel Straughan Sr (1807-1821)
Herbert Hall Gibson (1926-1931)
John Culver (1955-1957)
Bruce Kozley (1983)

In addition to these five beautiful homes, The Hunton-Lunsford History Center at Morattico Baptist Church will also be open on Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm. You will learn about the church's 248-year history. The church and historic cemetery will also be open for tours.
