Much like local independent coffee shops, there is just something about local independent bookstores. When exploring a destination, it's always fun to stop in one and browse. For many, it's easy to lose track of time as soon as they step inside and begin their search for a unique vacation read.

Do you stop in local independent bookstores when traveling? Do you have a favorite one in the South?
