We should recall County Supervisor Joe Simitian, a former Mayor of Palo Alto, former State Assembley, former State Senator, Joe Simitian. I will request California Governor Newson and President Donald Trump to investigate County Supervisor Joe Simitan order Saremental Highway Patrol Daniel Martizne on purpose to spread Covid19 from Sacremental County into Santa Clara County. On Feb 18, 2020, County Supervisor Joe Simitian and County Council James William has involved in abuse their powers to arrange Calfifornia Highway Patrol Daniel Martinez from Sacremental and a cop from Santa Clara County Sheriff Office to intrude my house to arrest me. County Supevisor Joe Simitian knew to use 5150 to intrude other house to put into hospitals will cause the spread of Corvid19. Due to my attending to his Lighe Cement Factory Public Infomation Hall. Joe Simtian and County Council James William ordered California Highway Patrol Daniel Martinez and Pshchiatrist James Sweet , Yarnex Orrelana and one police officer of Santa Clara County Sheriff Office to lie I want to kill a State Assembly in Taiwan and take shower per 30 minutes, have a cop of Santa Clara County Sheriif Office to arrest me to put me into Valley Hospital invuntay . No Feb 6, 2020 there was a death due to Corivd19. So Joe Simitian and County Council James William are the persons to order California Highway Potrol Daniel Martizez and cop of Santa Clara County to spread Corvid19 into Community of Sacramental County and Santa Clara County. Assembly Member Kansen Chu now want to train these California Highway Patrol and cops at Santa Clara County Sheriff Office or Police Offices of California to intrude Schools and Houses to arrest Kindergarten Kids and Youth in Elementary Schools, Middle Schools and High Schools to use 5150 by falsifying medical records. Assembly Member Kansen Chu alleges he want to ask 100 million to put mental health professionals to falsify students' records to arrest them and use handculffs and inject to these kindergarten kids. Then their parents need to pay at least 3,000 for their abuse and injections
I have another manuscript to be published , same Interesting story " The Once Powerful Talai Clan- A Trail of Tears". I need a publisher to publish the book.
On 4.8.2014, I assisted Mr. Alex Dyzenhous from the University of Oxford U.K , doing his degree thesis on African Political Science to give him Talai history & Challenges/ plight from pre , during & post colonial periods in Kenya. He really appreciated my assistance.
BBC interview of my father; "
Statement to BBC by one of the Historical Injustices who happens to be my father; "Brief Statement of my father a Gwassi Survivor STATEMENT 1. Name… Kibore Cheruiyot Ngasura 2. Date of birth….1924 3. I/D No..3867863 4. Clan…Talai 5. Village- Tugunon, Kipkelion 6. Tribe- Kipsigis/Kalenjin 7. Location- Kapseger 8. County- Kericho. -Where was your original home? Kimigik in Ainamoi -What is your current residence? Tugunon in Kipkelion -When was the eviction done? 1934 -Who carried the evictions? The Colonial administrators thro’ chiefs and their askaries known as Chepkusio or Kimanyata. -What happened during the evictions? Everything was chaotic, we were asked to move first to Kiptere, then later to Gwassi in 1934. -Can you describe what happened? The askaries and the chiefs visited Talai homes asked them to move immediately to Kiptere, those who refused were beaten up, some women were raped by the askaries. Reaching Kiptere we settled temporarily according to families, women and girls used to sleep in one house. The same askaries would come at night and rape our mothers. Some had miscarriages. -When being rounded up were you informed through writing or any other form that you will be moved? No, if they had done that some Talai would have escaped to other areas. -Did your people resist the eviction? No -Were lives threatened by the persons carrying out the evictions? Yes the askaries and chief threatened us saying that if we disobeyed their orders they would kill us. -Did you resist the orders? No. -Were there properties that were destroyed? Yes, like our millet, grains, calabashes, etc. -Were those facing evictions forced to abandon their homestead and belongings? Yes, we left our houses, food stores, some animals and other properties. -Were your abandoned properties protected? No -Do you have any written evidence ,testimonies, or information on the eviction? No documents but I saw everything, I experienced. - Did you have leaders and what happened to them? Yes we had, they were arrested and jailed. -What was the reason of your eviction? They said that Talai were big headed, they practiced witchcraft, they led the cattle raids and so many other bad things about us. -Were those true? No, the real reason they arrested our leaders & banished us all to Gwassi was because our leaders resisted the colonialists & their administration , in fact when we got to Gwassi, people there never complained of all those in fact they came to like us very much. Even when we came back some wanted us to stay. -How was Gwassi? Life was terrible, people died, animals died, there were a lot of screaming everyday because children/ someone had died and so on. -Did you get married there? No, after we (youths) protested we (45) were brought back to Kericho, a detention camp (Sigenge). Later we married and whenever one wanted to marry he was escorted by an armed askari to the place of the wedding. I was one of those who was escorted I got married in 1946.I worked for the Kericho magistrate Mr.Reade from 1947- 1952 as a houseboy cm cook.I wish I could meet his Children who are of the same age as my eldest children. Mr.Reade was a good "Bwana" (Sir). -How were you settled, were you given land? No, we were just asked to settle temporarily at Kericho Town, we were promised land at Kibulgeny, up to now we have not been given. -Does the State/County government monitor your situation?.. No, it is only recently that the Governor Mr. Paul Chepkwony (Timbiluet) came in to assist us to take our issue to the British govt. -Do you think the court will assist you? Yes, we know justice will be done to us. -What do you require the British govt to do to you?- We require them to compensate us for the losses we have suffered from 1934 until now, we require them to assist to educate our children, we require them to assist us to develop land if our governments (National & County) will give us, to construct roads, put up water system, electricity, hospitals and a home for the aged like me. -What else do you want them to do to you? We require them to Apologize and once they have done all that we will forgive them and forget of the past and shake our hands with them. - How soon do you want the compensation? As soon as possible, I need the compensation before I die. -Are there anymore eviction taking place for you and your people?..Yes, some of those who lived at Soin, their houses have been burnt.
Some foreign media institutions like the BBC, The Guardian, etc, who are covering the Talai vs British govt compensation case have said that the Talai book is a good material for a nonfiction action movie. David Ngasura Tuei- Eml:- [email protected] Phone:+254 722 619 901 ( Also WhatsApp No.)
The Foreward to the book was written by Grace Sullivan from Ireland who interviewed the historical Injustices Talai victims in 2015 in Kericho, Kenya.
I have stories of the Obamas in the book - Hussein Onyango Obama & former President Obama. How Laibon Kiboin arap Sitonik (Omuga) - a Talai prophet detained by the British colonial government of Kenya, blessed Hussein Onyango Obama from Kendu Bay in 1947 while at the Mfangano island in Lake Victoria ,that " for the whites to know that I am powerful, a child from your blood will rule the white men in future". President Obama confirmed the incident when he was in Kenya in 2015. While he addressed people at the Kasarani Stadium , Daily Newspaper on Tuesday 28/7/2015 reported with the heading " A BETTER HISTORY: Barak Obama"; ..President Obama said that his grandfather was in King's African Rifles during the second world war and was taken to the far reaches of the British Empire - all the way to Burma. And back home after the war, he was eventually, detained for a time because he was linked to a group that opposed British rule. And eventually be released..." - Ref; The Kipsigis Talai book page 106.
