Our Story
Abigail Ogilvy Gallery exhibits contemporary art with a heavy emphasis on concept driven artwork by emerging to mid career artists located across the country. The gallery primarily focuses on paintings, but also exhibits a range of other media including photography, sculpture, mixed media, digital prints, drawings and much more. AOG aims to expand the Boston art scene by seeking out strong artists who have yet to be recognized or show in the area. Since opening in 2015, the gallery has hosted over 30 exhibitions. Owner Abigail Ryan and Director Allyson Boli are dedicated to developing each artists' career, while acting as an accessible platform for the appreciation and promotion of contemporary art in Boston.
Abigail Ryan, the owner of Abigail Ogilvy Gallery, graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Art History, and later continued her arts studies at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York City.
