Mountain Nest A Gallery of Art & Handcrafts Our aim is to connect our guests who visit us with the talented artists in our local community.

We are a gallery of regional art and craft located in Black Mountain, NC, featuring over 100 artists who live and work in the area. Our collection includes: original oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings; fine art prints on both paper and canvas; handmade jewelry in silver, gold, and other fine metals; blown glass vessels and jewelry; beautiful and functional pottery; and even more work in other

mediums such as wooden bowls, bark baskets, corn shuck dolls, and steel metal sculptures. If you are searching for a particular piece from any of our featured artists, please let us know and we will work together with them to provide you with something you will love.

Sandie has been making jewelry since she was a little girl tinkering with jewelry bits on the floor of her parents' jewelry shop. The time spent with her craft has certainly paid off, don't you think?
